All the services found on this website are possible through Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). This is a state- funded program for aging adults and individuals with disabilities.

What Is free client advocacy?

Meridius Health represents the helping hand to the most vulnerable in our community, by connecting them with different State-funded programs that they might qualify for. We want to promote powerful stories of individuals and the collective needs of the community to state representatives to make informed legislative decisions that impact communities across the state. Our staff and volunteers work at the local, regional level to promote access to affordable, quality health care for people with chronic, debilitating or life-threatening illnesses.
