Home Care

When you choose in-home care, you are giving your loved one the opportunity to remain in the comfort of their home while receiving the care they require.

There are many different types of care available for elderly and vulnerable populations. Home Care is one of the solutions that will incorporate the best parts of being at home and independent as well as receiving care from qualified professionals just like in the nursing home.

What Is Home Care?

Home care is supportive care provided in the home. Care may be provided by licensed healthcare professionals who provide medical treatment needs or by professional caregivers who provide daily assistance to ensure the activities of daily living (ADLs) are met. In-home medical care is often and more accurately referred to as home health care.

We also offer families the opportunity to be fully trained and hired as a caregiver for their loved ones.

How Much Does Home Care Cost?

All services are at zero cost to you and your family.

How is this possible? Pennsylvania’s Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) has several programs to help people with disabilities to stay in their home and community. These Medicaid-funded programs are available depending on age, physical disability, and other factors. There is a step-by-step process to help OLTL decide if someone is to get services from one of these programs.
