SKILLED Care

Sometimes home care is not enough, and extra care is needed to maintain independence in the home

and community. Our expert care team comprised of NPs, RNs and LPNs

work to enhance your quality of life and help to prevent hospital visits.

Our licensed Registered Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses provide care in the comfort of your home.

How Much Does Skilled Care Cost?

All services are at zero cost to you and your family.

How is this possible? Pennsylvania’s Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) has several programs to help people with disabilities to stay in their home and community. These Medicaid-funded programs are available depending on age, physical disability, and other factors. There is a step-by-step process to help OLTL decide if someone is to get services from one of these programs.
